250 miles...intake ordered

I just ordered the K&N 69 series typhoon intake for the car. I know it is not the usual for the mustangs but i like being different. I read the reviews and some of them were from 2006 GT owners and they loved it, so we shall see.

anyone used the K&N on their stang?

i had it previously on my stang and it worked great.

you def felt a power difference. made the exhaust louder and throatier. it was great, then I swapped it out for a used C&L intake and sct tuner from bamachips. it was worth it in the beginning when I didnt want the tuner

I have the 63 series. you can hear it suck in the air.

The KN intake doesn't perform as well as most intakes, due to the small cross sectional area. KN does this so they can get away with not tuning the car.

I got the bbk colod air intake and i deffinitely think it aded a little rwhp without a tune
