So i went to roll over my engine with a wrench on the crank bolt and it started to bind...couldint figure out why...cams are in chains are on but the follerers are out stil...backed it off and tried again...it bound and went " click, click click." FUCK! i couldint figure out why so i tore it all down to the block and reassembled.

Rolled it over fine...spun it upside down to put the pan on and brought it back around...same thing...clicking.

Then i figured it out...when it was upside down 3 of the lifters slid out and rested agaist he cam...when i rolled it over they bound against the cam...im a idiot..now i have litle nickes in the side of the lifter....should I replace them or run them?

they still function fine and arent bent just mared a bit on the edge

I wouldnt... after all that work, its worth it to KNOW that it is RIGHT.

Dont half-ass what you are going to be dropping the clutch at 5K+ and spinning 7K at over 100mph...

I agree with you.

But they are rollers and not the valves them selves. I have seen stock parts come out in worse condition. But the safe smart thing to do it replace them.
