yea i work at jiffy lube, really easy stuff. make sure u open the gas cap before you take the filter off to reduce fuel leakage. fuel filters are recommended 12,000 miles or once a year.

Did mine a few wees ago. Push green clips, pull one line off and plug with finger or rag, pull other line off, remove old fuel filter from carrier/clamp, slide new one in, connect lines on each side, and your done. I didn't remove the fuel fuse. Just swap it out quickly

I also crack the gas cap. I'm not sure if it makes a difference but I still do it.

Autozone carries Motorcraft filters but mine didn't stock the fuel filter. They can order it though. Ford dealer will have it in stock or at least they should. My dealer's price was $17 for it.
