TR6060 vs TKO 500
Ok ill either be getting a TR6060 or a TKO 500
TR6060 kit comes with new 6 speed, crossmember, alum. driveshaft, new shifter and boot with KR knob...handles 700lb ft...would need to upgrade shifter to steeda GT500 tri ax, and get 4.56's to match my ratio now with 4.10's, new clutch assembly for 26 spline, Everything listed for 5006.00 TKO 500 is a built 5 speed with the same gear ratio's that handles up to 600 lb ft, i would get the bullet proof steeda shifter with it Steeda Tri-Ax® Remote Racing Shifter - '05-'09 Ford Mustang , be able to keep my 4.10's...have a bullet proof bellhousing that DETACHES from transmission for easy clutch service and install, new clutch assembly for 26 spline... Everything for this tranny for 3,624.00 let me know what ya'll think keep in mind im on a pretty good budget...but what would be a better choice with the information given above..

just get regular clutch, your stock driveshaft fits.
![]() One shifts like a dump truck, the other like buttah!

tr6060 is the way to go imo, it shifts very smooth, i would do a stock or kr/frpp gt500 shifter
the tko is probably lighter though and hp loss through it may be slightly less since its a 5spd. |

I'd go TR6060, too. In fact, I'd like to get one in my car some time ...
