Dyno Tune

does it matter where you go for a tune, my speed shop does everything but a dyno tune and i know of a couple that do, but i'd like to go somewhere with a good rep. i live in atlanta, can anyone help me out w/a good shop near or around there? i want a couple more bolt ons w/a dyno tune, thanks.

wow. a tune is not just a tune. its the brain of your car and if its fucked up, everything esle is gonna have probelms. get a good tune from modular powerhouse. they do excellent work. also on another note? you said your 07 put 286 rwhp to the ground, how do you know this if its never been on a dyno

i spoke w/a shop about tune and he said stock was usually putting out 266-267 hp, i don't know why i wrote 280's it was a mistake; good observation.
i appreciate the info from you both, i'm going to get a couple more bolt ons and get a dyno tune and i'll post some results, it won't be til march. just in time for spring.

Dude get a dyno tune. It makes a helluva difference, especially on an '05+

If you buy a flash programmer from a reputable shop, they can add their "tune" to the programmer for a little extra dough... Check out Brenspeed. I'm running their tune now and it's pretty hot!
