I installed Mac L/T and the O/R Prochamber last month. The stock studs have to be removed. The kit comes with new non-locking bolts, I used them and they have not come loose. You can re-use the stock gaskets. The extension are for the front sensors. If you do not shut off the rear sensors you will get a code. However, this code will not make it run poor. You do not need a tune for the headers if your tune is not lean to begin with. I checked my air fuel ratio before and after the install. Before it was 12.6%, after it was 13.4%. I did fatten the tune up a little and it picked up a couple more HP.

Used locking bolts.
Just cut and soldered the original wires for the front sensors.
get some ratchet wrenches for the bolts, helps on the nasty ones.

Can't use the studs. I just used the bolts that came with the headers. I retightened them after a couple days, then after a couple weeks. No problems. The extensions are for the front sensors. The rear sensors reach if you just reroute the harness.

No tune needed.
