Ideas for a custom paint job?

This forum has some of the nicest Mustangs around. So I figured this would be the perfect place to get some good ideas. My car is in the beginning stages of getting a new paint job. I would like to know if anyone has any ideas for my car. I was thinking some ghost flames inside of the racing stripes but I cant find any pictures of another car to see if I like it. I was also thinking of a Shelby Super Snake style stripe. Any idea?

My car

Our car is going through a complete makeover. Engine is being pulled today to modify engine bay and check on a few things that need adjusting or correcting. Interior is also going to be changed but don't know how.

I know fog lights, antennae, GT on fender, and center rear brake light are gone...not sure how front is being changed. Pics are with some stock wheels thrown on to make painting easier, I imagine. Definitely would like to see pics with the Bogarts/MTs back on.

Remove the cobra badges all the way around and the GT500 moniker, there's enough coin already in that car to get something custom rather than those items. Get that passenger side exhaust tip aligned properly. Knock out the small details and see how you like it. You may find that the current scheme is more appealing that way. Maybe eliminate the rear faux badge entirely as well as the key hole for the trunk to clean up the stripe path.

Ghost flames in the stripes, means repainting (at least clearing) the entire top half of the car, you might as well at that point do something completely one off since your already investing in that much labor. What you do has to fit your tastes.

Twin matte black stripes with charcoal gray flames on the stripes.

i like the black with a bigger red stripe. Take away all the gt500 badging and the moniker like the wise emay said. Maybe smooth everything out. or make the gt500 moniker red along with the racing stiripe and it would look good.

While normally I agree with Erin's impeccable taste, I disagree on the de-badging idea.

If I owned a snake, I would want the whole world to see my awesome snake!!

Ok, that sounds wrong, but you get what I'm driving at.

But whatever you do man, just make sure you don't settle. Make sure you do the thing that makes you think "Fuck yeah! I want THAT!"

Anytime Zip, when you pass through Illinois with a load of gigle gas in the tanker, stop off. I'll get ya loaded and put you back on the road with a valve open for some spillage..

I figured you missed it..

Im thinking of cleaning up the side stripe without the GT500. To make it a solid stripe. That way I can alway take off the badges if I want to. Before they install the badges Im going to the body shop to see if I like it. I will make my decision fron there.

I like the non badged clean fender, but feel like something needs to be in the rocker stripe.

throwing something out there:

Haha, thats pretty funny. I could put on C-500 on it and that way it still cleans up fender. Do you have your body panels molded? If so which ones? My body shop is kinda second guessing molding. He is worried they will crack.
