Need stock motor mounts for Supershaker

Apparently the Saleen Supershaker only works with stock motor mounts (per Brenspeed), so if anyone has a set laying around, please let me know (I threw mine out when I installed my prothanes).

I have heard rumors that "lowered" prothanes can work, but Brenspeed could not confirm this.

I'm going to contact Saleen and ask, but who knows. Until then, I'd like to just have a set of stockers just in case.

Let me know if you got 'em.

Huh...ya I suppose the Prothanes are shorter than the stockers and the scoop wouldn't stick out. I'd let you have mine if I could afford my damn k-member right now...

If I get around to putting mine on when I do my headers this weekend, I'll send them out to ya for the cost of shipping + tree fiddy. No promises on getting them on though, doing my headers and a z28's headers in an all night install session

I'm sure some things will be forgotten.

Grabber - The prothane are actually taller than the stocker, not shorter.

i just threw mine out also. you might contact JDM they're a pretty big saleen installer and could know if you could use different ones or not

Not to burst bubbles or step on toes......but you need non-hydra mount(which is our stockers), otherwise the excess heat from the Long Tubes you have will boil and burst them. That is why I have the steeda HD mounts.

+1 on calling JDM.

I had longtubes with the stockers for an entire summer and they are just fine.

I wonder if ploly mounts will give me the extra height I need to fit a supershaker with my hood? hmm.. Ill have stock mounts in 3 weeks when I installe my headers with poly mounts if you havent gotten any by then

I don't know, maybe a couple of hours. Not all longtubes run the same route either so I guess there's a set out there that might cut it a little close to the mounts. I have JBA's.
