I have a squeak

coming from the rear driverside of the car. I thought the clamp for the axleback had come loose but everything was just as tight as it was 3 weeks ago. A guy I work with (ex Ford designer) said it could be a dried out bushing. 95% of the time I only hear it when accelerating in first when the car is cold. The other 5% is random times when I go over a bump.

aftermarket LCAs?? Or even the stock LCA bushings could mess up.

I've experienced dry exhaust hangers that would squeak. If that is what it is then lube them with brake pin lube. (Silglyde brake lube)

Check the muffler hangers all the way in the back. Mine was rubbing and making a horrible noise. I cut 1/2" off with a cutoff wheel on my die grinder and it's been quiet ever since.

+1, I had to adjust my exhaust for the same reason.

It was the muffler hangers, not the center trans mount hangers. Just so you know.
Keep us in the loop.

Didn't get a chance to take anything down yesterday but I figured it out leaving my gf's place Friday. The baffle inside the left Boom Tube is busted loose somewhere. As soon as I put some pressure on the tip the rattle went away. Guess I'm calling stangmods on Monday and see about getting a new one.
