I mean, if it were any one of those things. Ok, but any two of those things is too much if you ask me. I'm not saying he didn't over-react a lot or didn't/did follow the rules. I'm just saying that why I will never sell anything here.

if you were going to buy a supercharger kit from someone on here, would you want to know 2-3 of those items about the person you were sending $2,000+ to?

i guess doing 1/3 constitutes getting the thread approved.

Thanks for letting us know what the underlying cause of all this was. This is the first forum I joined when I first bought my car, it's kind of home to me. I don't agree with the way CK handled the situation, if it were me and I didn't like the way the forum handled their business I would just go elsewhere. But... I do wish he would have stuck around. Just for the record I don't have a problem with how the moderators police this site. If I were to sell something I would probably do it on another forum because I do not wish to give out my personal information freely either, but those are the rules...

I sure would. But I wouldn't expect that person to have to post it in what's a pretty much open forum. I'd expect a PM with that info in it.... But not for him/her to post it in a open classfied's area.

im sure its not a permaban. But he did break a rule by badmouthing a mod. rules are rules. You could be einstein of S197s and that doesnt make you exempt.

Yeah you are being a great moderator. So instead of looking out for the betterment of the site you come with this ignorant statement. Who made you a mod? I would think a moderator would come in here with a cool level head and explain the forums view on this, but instead that is what you come up with. Nice!!

I understand he bad mouthed a moderator but I would hope we can discuss things like this with out being banned. I think it should have been in the "Burnout Box" but they should have just moved this thread there and been good but instead we have a moderator that has to show he has the button that ban you from the site. Instead of moving the thread he decided to ban him. I think that is crap.

Any threads or posts created to "call out" staff members or their actions will result in the thread or post being deleted and an infraction or ban given with staff discretion.

He apparently made more than one thread and didnt get it the first time. So i dont see where the staff was wrong here.
