need quick answer since im shopping for insurance

I know that my 05' has 4 wheel ABS.

you'll only find 2 wheel ABS on trucks usually. Ours is 4.

Easy way to tell is to look at the ABS block and count the number of lines comming off it, and keep in mind 2 are inputs. You'll see 6.

Also, some of the V6s didn't come with ABS.

Surprised you even have to ask. The last time I had to get insurance, when I got my Mustang last fall, I gave them the VIN and they knew EVERYTHING about the car. (knew it was a vert, 8 cylinder, 5 speed, etc). Although I guess they didn't know (or so they said) about the Ford factory security system. My company is Gieco, but I have to figure at this point most insurance companies have basically the same technology to decode the VIN and figure out what you've got.

It was only progressive, which surprisingly wanted more detail when i wanted to compare and not the initial quote.
