New Mod Ideas?

I just bought my '07 Mustang GT (automatic), and am putting in a dvd based touchscreen navigation system in right off the bat and was wondering what kinds of mods should be first on my "to do" list.

A friend and trusted mechanic told me, "Keep it stock until she's broken in good, then Mod. the hell out of it."

You and your friend are right. I am extremely happy with it for now, but further down the road I will want to do somethings. I am just trying to figure out what others have done first. I also want to get the most gains for my buck.

Has anyone tried Lethal Performance's Power Packages? I was looking at those and some of them said up to 50+ rwhp gain and 40 lb/ft of torque.

I'm a little biased cause I order from them(lethal performance) all time, but you wont find friendlier, more professional and knowledgeable guys anywhere. They pride themselves on service. They have blackberries married to their hip and will respond to emails ASAP. Their prices rock too. The power packages look good. I did mine in pieces, but those look good. The more $ you have , the better..as always

I've been keeping a list of my mods as I make them. Here's my list:

http://www.cherod.com/mustang/Styling%20Mods.htm

Also, I've been collecting how to articles for mods I am interested in doing or that I have done. Maybe they'll help

Let in break in!!! I have an 06 gt auto. Use Mobil 1 5w20 pure synthetic for your oil changes - trust me, I've been in the service business for 20 years.
My mods were a HyperTech programmer, Ford Racing mufflers, Ford Racing X pipe, Ford Racing Jet coated shortie headers, a Helix TB spacer, Ford Racing 3:73 gears, Ford strut tower brace and an Ingen ram air cold intake. I had 2 other intakes before the Ingen - it's the best by far. Tried a Granatelli TB but it was a disaster. Nothing I have done has voided the factory warranty. Give the engine 3.5 k to break in - you can't buy that oil. I know Ford calls for a syn-blend but pure syn is just a back up if you're making mods...

Just save for your supercharger or turbo kit, then finish it from there.

I lost so much money buying bolt ons and then when I got the S/C kit I had to sell them all for a loss because the kit replaced them or couldn't use them.
