I'm thinking about installing the GT-500 strut mounts while I'm at it. They are rated 28% stiffer than the GTs.
Did you install them when you did yours?

i havent installed the GT500 mounts, but i will be doing my shocks/struts in the near future and will be putting those on for sure when i do that.

Bigpappy33 that write-up won't work. Nutswinger over here bought the FRPP and those are Steedas. There is a HUGE difference.

I had the Koni shocks/struts installed along with the springs ~ and never broke a nail writing the check.

Most of us guys have something called egos that wont let us pay for stuff we (think) we can do ourselves haha.

well ive been doing my own shit all my life.everything but rebuilding a tranny.i takem out send them off put them back in.work as a tech for years.now im like man should i pay to get it done ? once you do it for a living and then stop its hard to get motivated lol im with Mgirl minus the broken nail thing.

Girls are held to a different standard ~ I get points just for driving a standard shift.

I installed my cold air intake, headlight splitters, mirror covers, sequential tail lights and painted my calipers. Everything else I either paid a shop or had a big strong manly-man help me do it
~ and I get lots of volunteers.

I am pretty much done with visual mods now. Digging into the suspension & gears next.

Not sure where it goes from there. Maybe paint the stripes on then??

lol this is a little off subject.Saw a silver stang Gt model.He had some chrome SVTs like these but they looked off.upon closer inspection they was 17 inch not 18.The owner walks up says hi and asked if i owned an stang.I said yes.Then i asked why the 17s couldve spent a little more for the 18s.he said these was a dealer option lol ooooook.I informed him thats not true and did he buy it new or used.he got it used a couple months ago.I told him to go to the salesman that lied to him and kick him in the ass.Told me i was full of shit.I said no ur senter caps arent ford they are americanmuscle and to take them off and look for the ford markings on the inside of the rim and you will see im right.Told me whatever and sped off.
