I WANT TO BE LOUD!

Everyone on here has beat the supercharger vs. turbo question to death....what I want is something loud, scary, when you pull up to a light or rip on it you shit your pants hearing the supercharger win or a waste gate blowing its boost....Does anyone on here care about this too or are we all conservative sleeper type people...

If I went with a Supercharger I want it to scream...I MEAN SCREAM when i get on it...Can anyone help?????

I hear you there. I'm getting my roush supercharger installed right and I don't know how loaud its going to be. I want people to know I have something under my hood. Which brings me to the question, is the roush supercharger loud enough that ppeople will know I have one?

I think the prochargers are way loud, if I'm not mistaken.

actually a loud supercharger kinda spoils it after a while. because the ones who don't have one won't race you, and the ones that do hear it and still wanna race you are probably faster.

so its more fun to have a quieter one. but its cool to have a loud one too. lots of heads turn.

I have the procharger P1sc and the thing is pretty damn loud too at idle. It has a obnoxious sound at idle RPM, hard to explain, but it makes a ton of noise. Not fond of that particular sound, but when cruising at 25-30mph the whistle draws a ton of attention. Also sings like a canary when coming off speed to a stop..

I have the roush and it seems pretty quiet except at certain rpms.. When it was brand new it seemed to whistle alot but after a couple hundred miles it quieted down, unless my putting flowmasters on hid the pitch. In 5th gear at about 80-82 the whistle is terrible so I have to go 85 to quiet it or drop to 78. It makes a nice roar like an f-16 taking off straight up when you are on it though.....very nice sound. I'm glad its quiet when you are doing normal driving though.
