Bugging me

Ok I cant figure this out, i need some help.

When I first got my tune way back when the car would jump at the slightest touch of the throttle from idle(auto trans). I got used to it but it was always there. about 2 months ago (max) I started hearing bangs everytime I decelled into first no matter what speed i was going. It was weak at first, got progressively worse and now that jump is gone. 1st gear takes longer to get out of when Im WOT. And now everytime it shifts I hear a friggin squeek on accell.

I took it to the dealer they couldnt find the problem. I have extended warranty so im sure they are busting my balls.

Any ideas? Im ready to do some serious work on this car soon and I want it to be in tip top.

Edit: The squeek may be the drivers seat, anyone had the squeeky seat before?
