whats the diff borla stingers and the roush 427r stingers

well simple i guy wants to sell me a set of stinger style mufflers that came with his 427r. $350

I would assume they are FRPP stingers. Never heard of roush stingers.

go back and offer him $250...better.
$350 is high for take-offs. usually its like $300.

Borla makes the FRPP stinger, that used to be for sale, and came on some cars, iirc. doesnt say borla on them, but thats what they are.

well it has roush stamped on the side .the car come with an exhaust and these are pakaged in the trunk.louder than legal limit so its up to customer to install.but would make sense that borla makes them seeing as roush is so close with ford.

I have the Roush stingers. They are great. I heard Borla makes them if I'm not mistaking.

yeah well the guy sold them minutes b4 i said i wanted them.i dont see how much diff they can be other than the tips and name stamp.its a straight thru muffler.just like the borlas and frrp.on there site you can order them with the roush tips wich wont work on a stock gt bumper cus they are square or without tips.they have a full exhaust that looks to have just resonaters or glass pack mid muffler setup fo 500.its a cat back.sounded good. tell me what yall think.

dealer charges full list, which is actually like $649 on stingers. And only some dealers sell FRPP. Vendors don't have to charge full list, hence the 400.

Borla branded ones have nicer tips though
