CHanging my stang's style

Right now I have some burgandy looking stripes on my car

Luckily, the stripes are only vinyl
I figure, instead of buying new stripes to be put on(or painting), b/c some parts in the rear are peeling, and I need to get them put on my gt500 spoiler, should I just get them taken off, then

powdercoat wheels
Full light smoking(tail, turn, headlights, fogs)
rear panel

this ftw?

Sounds like a good plan, espcecially if you really dislike the stripes. Even with white you may see some sun fade in the paint. How long they been on there?

Sounds like a good plan, should look great on the white vert too.

Why'd you block out the license in one pic and not the other?

laziness ftw

I bought the car with them on there, no idea how long they have been on there

How much should it cost to powdercoat my wheels? I am prob gonna go for a dark color with them, I am aiming for black+tan+white=win instead of burgandy(not as badass imo)

I'd go silver tan white ... instead of the black ... at least thats what i'm doing on my white Gt ... instead of the two extremes of black and white ... the silver just keeps it a clean look with the white but with just enough pop to still stand out

I'd like to make the change as cost effective as possible, right now I am trying to save money for school as well

I might just start by getting the stripes removed, FORD stripe taken off, then smoke the lights and go from there

And another question
Is there any way I can take the stripes off myself? A special tool or something?
When I removed my stock spoiler that had the stripes, they weren't really on there very strong, and I started to peel them no problem

Eleanor Grille
Turn signal, taillight, headlight, foglight tint overlays(links to package anyone?)
SLP Loudmouth(my A/Ts not doin it right now)

I really like the look of the white car with burgandy stripes. maybe some thicker stripes or a KR stripe

To remove the stripes, take a heat gun, heat up the striping that you want to remove and peel it back. Your car would be an antique by the time you got done removing it with an eraser wheel. I like the "FORD" striping on the side. I like the burgandy on the white too. I prefer a 2" gap with the 10" stripe though. Just like mine.
