How are you guys running new speakers wires to the doors?

I am installing a stereo in my 2008 GT with 2 sets of MB Quart components in each door. How are you guys running the speaker wires into the door? throught the factory plug??

Fish the wire through the conduit that runs between the door and car. Unfortunately, there is a bracket on the inside and the outside of the car which causes a roadblock. You'll have to pop the bracket out.

After you get the wires through, you can put the outer bracket & boot back on, but the inner bracket is going to be left hanging.

Stock wires is WAY easier. Not worth the trouble of running thicker gauge wire unless you are putting 8s in the doors.

Once you have done it once the job is easy, it's just a matter of working without line of site. Once you do it once it's a 20 minute job to fish in 2 pair of 12g wires for the Plates and 8" shaker 500 door subs on each side.
