Interior lights

My mom wants to change the 2 interior lights (switch the stock blubs for blue ones)of her 06 but shes ran into a problem she cant get the plastic coverings off to switch them.

Help please?

i used a flathead to pry them off. it was kind of a bitch trying to take out the lights itself... as they are so small and i have sausage fingers... becareful tho so you dont scratch or damage the covers.

oh btw this is how mine turned out... i left them on at night while driving around.. scared some people with it also... kind of a decent mod for 20$ but shitty if you dropped something and trying to look for it. or reading a map lol

well its pretty strong for such little plastic... anyways i was more worried about scratching them.. just go around the ring pulling bit by bit.. take your time.

Youngin you just removed the lenses?

If you take the console down, couple clips hold it in. You can release the lenses tabs from the backside.

i bought them on ebay for 20$ and it works for any stang.. its just a bulb.
