What is the best after market exhaust for an 06 GT?

Hey I'm kinda new to this and I don't know a huge amount about cars; but I just installed the ROUSH CAI and I'm looking into some new exhaust. Can anyone tell me what would be the best for my car? Rough has an exhaust kit but so does Flowmaster... Suggestions please? I would appreciate it a lot!

Its really all personal preference?! You'll get a dozen different ideas of what is perfect but at the end of the day, you have to like the sound of it on Your car!

Try Mustangexhaust.com http://www.mustangexhaust.com/forums/index.php

You can listen to many different combos there. :wink

this summer i would like to get headers, how do you like these and how is the fit / do you know if it would fit with stock h-pipe or should i suck it up and get an entire exhaust (cuz i've heard the stock h-pipes aren't bad)

L33T,

Does the Pro Chamber do much to help with toning it down? Also after I got my Borla's put in with a straight pipe, well it was tooooo loud but sounded good!!!! I called Borla in Ca and they told me the aftermarket, catted x-pipes are a waste of money due to the fact the catts burn out at 20K mileage. That is one of the reasons their systems are setup w/o em. You guys have any input on that??

I've got the 'High Flow' cats, LOL they are freaking straight through.
They only look like cats to pass an eyeball inspection.

I think the pro-chamber does tone it down for you.
