ordered a tuner from Brenspeed? I ordered mine last Tuesday and I'm still waiting for it to ship

If you've ordered one from them how long did it take them to ship it?

I got mine with a flat line (limp me to the dyno) tune way back when I did my procharger. They were fairly quick.

Did you call them to see what the hold up was? Might be a good reason at hand that no one on this forum knows about? A back order maybe? Depleted stock on their premise, requiring it to come from SCT, then go out to you?

The phone is your friend, even in this internet relying world.

I was planning on giving them a call today. I guess they recently changed their disclaimer from 3 business day to 5 to 7 business to get the tune written and sent. I know I can't be the only guy that has the set up I do. Not saying thats an excuse to get it done quick or anything. I was just thinking that it shouldn't take them 5 to 7 days to write a tune for full exhaust and a CAI.

I hadn't thought about their being a back order though. I'll post up any info I find out after I call them.

I ordered mine from them last year, with the three tunes and CAI and it took them over a week to get it out to UPS. I thought their communication could have used some help, if I was expecting to wait a week I wouldn't have been as anxious as I was.

So, do what Emay suggested, give them a call, they do answer their phones. At least you'll be able to see what your expected shipping timeframe will be.

I got a tune way back when I still had a C+L CAI. They were pretty quick (2-3 days) about getting it to me. They may just be alittle backed up. Won't hurt to call them, they are super friendly and helpful.

2 to 3 days? I ordered my tuner from them december of 2007 and they said then allow for 7 business days BEFORE it would ship.

May have just been sold out or something. I ordered my stuff back in Oct of 06. They were super fast back then. My tuner and CAI came in a couple of days.

I just put my order in. Its only been 5 BUSINESS DAYS since you put your order in. When I called them on both occasions they picked up promptly and assured me it would be out by the 5 to 7 business days that are allotted. Now once it gets past that is when you want to worry.

NEVER had problems with their shipping. I know the tuner takes longer. I've gotten every other part from them within 2 days of ordering...most on the next day

Haven't gotten an email from UPS yet. When I called em yesterday the guy said that I was next in line and that it would be out today. So I'm assuming that it'll get picked up this evening and get here early next week

I have purchased several items from Brenspeed and their shipping has been very quick. I recently ordered an email tune which took seven days but they were upfront and said it would take that long.
