I have never heard of emissions testing not being done this way. I believe you are allowed one or two not ready sensors but not three. There are ways to only get one or two without having cats. I'll ask Justin about it because I know he's worked with people before to get their cars to pass.

I ran an o/r x on my gt, and im running an o/r prochamber on mine now, havent gotten any crap for it. But i dont drive like a maniac. When i gotta get it smogged, i will just switch it out for the stocker.

Plus i would use the "i dont know the exhaust laws, im not from here, just stationed here" excuse lol
