what are the dimensions of the black part on our fake gas emblems?

I'm with a friend right now(typing on my blackberry) and we ended up in a place where they make decals. Since I don't have my car I can't measure it. I just wanna lay a decal over the gt part.

The black circle that the GT is inlaid in measures 2-7/8" in diameter.

I just wanted something to be different on the rear, and changing the GT to something else on the badge was the best place IMO for a spot where people wouldn't notice right away, but when they see it it would be one of those little times where you go "Heh, that's cool" and that would be it.

Anyways, I got a couple different ones, 6 bucks each. One is the letters L and B (for long beach) similar to the way the LA Dodgers logo is, but with different font.

And then I got some others that just have 4.6, S197, and one that says Ford Sucks to screw around with people.

Probably wont be using the last one for more than a day or so if I ever put it on.
