tuner in Las Veas

Has anyone worked with a reputable tuner in Las Vegas? If no, maybe Southern CA. I am getting ready to install a complete new motor, and want to make sure I get the tune right.

NRP (Nevarez Racing Products) out by the speedway is supposed to be the best in town. They are a little pricy but he is supposed to be the best. I've heard good things about Dyno Dan also.
