Tracking a new GT500 order

I called back the sales guy to let him know i spoke with customer relations and he said he had an email from his ford rep that said the car would going to be started today. i'm supposed to call next friday and see if it actually did get started or not. I have no problem waiting another 5 weeks - or however many it takes, i just don't want to be patient/quiet for 3 months then find out nothing has started and i should have spoken up

Paid sticker. Hard to negotiate on a car they don't even have. 56k and change (Convertible). Left a 1k deposit which is likely close to the profit they'll make on this deal which is why I think they don't care. They've been paid already. I'll know next Friday - once i know it's being made i'll be fine

finally got my VIN - now does anyone know how to track it from Ford? I just called customer relations so i can try them again on monday unless someone knows a website?

I know if you just got the VIN you should see the car in 3 weeks or less.

that was it. Nice site. My current vin is viewable but it doesn't recognize my new one yet. must be too soon
