HID Issue
So i have had the xenon digital ballast with 10k hid bulbs in my projector headlights for a couple months now and the hid's startup fine every time when the key is on or off but when i start them and my engines running sometimes they just turn on warm up and flicker off and other times they work completely fine..i've basically uninstalled and reinstalled to make sure every connection is together tightly my only guess is that the ballast are bad or are the wrong watt or something..but then why would it startup completely fine with the key off??

Purchased and installed a relay today for the headlights and it fixed the flickering and inconsistency upon startup but my question is will i need another relay for my fog lights when i install them?
