What about drivability tweaks? Especially with them #52's, is that easy to smooth out over the net? Just asking.

It's very easy for the reputable tuners to write a custom mail order tunes when they have done plenty of them, than conduct datalogs, and tweak the tune if need be. I think you can agree that it'd much better to get a mail order custom tune, do datalogging, tweak the tune with a reputable tuner than have some back woods guy dyno tune it.
agreed, but it is a lot more work...but necessary

Like Dimora said. Install your supercharger, call Injected Engineering in Atlanta, Ga, get a starter tune from them, then drive it down to them and let them get their hands on it. You will be very happy.

I was just asking because I was under the impression they are more finicky on 3 valve engines. You tune, I don't, so that's why the question.

You don't need the cams or the longtubes. The blower will make more power than your car can handle anyway - in fact, you will have to put a smaller snout pulley on it in order to keep from blowing it up.

You WILL need a custom tune - the TVS comes without a tune. A local tune from someone who knows what they are doing is ALWAYS my preference, but if not, I suggest either Tillman Speed or JDM for your tuning needs - and in fact both of those places sell the TVS kit, so I would buy it from whichever one of them is going to give you the tune. They will sell you an SCT tuner and a tune all in one package.

I suggest (and use) Carmen's billet pulleys:

If I were in east TN, I would install it, get a temporary tune from Aric at Injected Engineering, and then drive it to Atlanta (staying out of boost) for a custom final dyno tune.

Injected Engineering

This is exactly what I was going to say.

What gears does your car currently have?

Are you an auto or manual?

I have the 5 speed with 3.55's. I was checking out the stroker kit livernois has is that like a drop in kit, or do you have to bore it. Do you just dop this kit in and it makes it a 298? Can I use this kit with the TVS blower kit and the livernois stage 3 cams, along with the headers. They say it can handle up to twelve hundred horses with the 298 kit so would their be a problem with running a double power adder with this set-up. how much boost can you run with this at what point do you have to use race fuel because i dont want that
