Datalogging with SCTX3?

So, I have the SCT X3 tuner, and I guess you can hook it up to the car with a laptop and log data....but what exactly does it tell you, and how do you do it? Does it help you fine tune your...uh...tune?

Data logging is like having a flight recorder/black box thingy. You can set it to record a bunch of different parameters while your car is running. You can check things like temps, timing, AF, TP, etc. Yes you can use it to spot & diagnose problems, or like you said, use it to dial in your tune.
