they are fucking me. Will not pay for anything except new gaskets if after they inspect the heads and find somthing wrong, then they will warrenty it. 4th set of heads? And I have to pay labour to r&r the heads!!

Reason being I dont have the car at work with me this winter so i have no time to do it when im home. And by rights i should only have to build a motor once...unlessI blow it up, thats diffent

I no longer know what to do here.

Get your attorney to send them a nasty letter, have another shop look at the heads first, but becareful to not change anything then send the heads to Livernois. You are not to pay them anything. They think because they're a big shop that they can bulldog you. The fact is they have a warranty to uphold.

This is just preposterous Ken, Livernois may be growing fast, but it's just not right to f up 4 times and offer SQUAT in return. I hope you make out good on this, if you end up deciding to go to court with them, maybe you can get enough money out of them to buy built RGR heads.

Oh and I just can't wait to see your thread on s197.

Ken maybe you should ask them if the new ones will have the same problem? I'm not going to ever send them a dime after the experiences of multiple people recently.
