I purchased Rich's (radmustangs) stage II livernois heads from him back on Oct. 6, 2009. Long story short, he told me it would take about a month to get them to me and I told him that was fine...He has consistently blown me off, not returned PMs, etc. His site went under and I dont know how to track him down. Can anyone help me? Ken, I know you have his number, can you help me out?

I know a lot of you will say Rich is a good guy and wouldnt fuck me over...I thought the same thing until the last few months...its been almost 5 months now and I have nothing to show for what I paid for. Can someone please help. Thanks fellas

I've done my share of website administraton and the easiest way to find people that own Domains is use the domain registry. Here you go, phone number registered to the domain owner for 'www.radmustangs.com' is listed in there, this may or may not be the right contact, but hope it helps.

Rich up and disappeared from this forum a while ago. Wonder what's going on. I've bought a few grands worth of parts from him and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. However, he definitely owes you your money back or a damned good explanation. Someone else mentioned it, try and contact JPC. Maybe they can point you in the right direction. I had his # but don't anymore. Sorry. Good luck, though.

Mick, Did you purchase it with a credit card? Im guessing not since you still havent got your money back. Im just throwing it out there, if you did happen to use your card, give the credit card company a call and explain it, they will more than likely try to get the money, and after they dont succeed, they will refund the money as fraudlent charges. I ran into the same thing while deployed to Kygyrzstan a few years back. I bought some shit on line and never got the product. Called them and they ended up refunding me. If you did send a check, then Im sorry man. Just a thought, sorry if this doesnt help. Im sure you are at your end with patience. Well good luck, hope you get your money back.

All I have to say is that Rich was good to me. He helped me with planning part of my build and all of my business dealings with him were on the up and up. I know he had an issues here with his vendor status and I believe had some other issues. Last time I spoke with him he informed me he was shutting his site down and that I should contact Dennis for my suspension parts.

Mickey, I'm sorry you are having issues and I hope Rich squares up with you. It is really hard for me to think of him in a good light knowing what you are going through.

I've purchased several things from Rich - no issues whatsoever. Straight up dealings each and every time.

When things go south for a business there's pieces to clean up which most of the population never have had experience with. When everything you have in your world is on the line, former customers often times take a back seat until everything works out. No one here knows what Rich is currently dealing with, so let him come see the thread and respond.

Lastly, Rich wore himself on his sleeve, he was passionate to the forum and the threads. Can't blame the guy for cutting through the worldy bs and telling people some things straight up. As a business man, the personal pleasures of a forum will often times taint the business interaction. Being in his position in my life, I know how hard it is to seperate it.
