Does it sound kind of like a tin can full of marbles being shaken, or a piece of metal rattling around on the exhaust, expecially at 2500ish, but goes away after the car warms up? My car does that and it is the seperator plate like you said. Easy way to confirm this is when it is rattling, reach under the car and press firmly on the plate. If that is the culprit, the noise will go away.

yep i am like 100perscent sure that is it just never made that noise until this year. i have owned the car since may of 08 so like i said i initially went nuts and wasted 30 bucks of procharger oil

! so yes i will look into this later call my dealership after i get back the TSB should still be done for free on the Powertrain warranty right!

Yes the TSB is covered by warranty if the car is still under warranty.

But if it is the seperator plate, there is no way it can be mistaken for supercharger noise. It distinctly comes from under the car....

yea but it makes a similar noise that you can mistaken the supercahrger on since i allready hear that loud and clear!
