Can I get the milk w/o buying the whole cow?
I'm ordering some FRPP 4.10s and I was wondering since cash is a factor for me (I teach) if I could take it to a mechanic that tunes and pay to get it flash tuned (for speedo correction and other performance enhancing tweaks)?
(It's for an 05 GT, by the way!) I can't afford the SCT right now but I want my gears now... Thanks as always!

Yeah that will work! But I would buy a SCT as soon as you can! But for the price of the other tune, I think it may be about the same price.

most tuners are specific to the car they are used on and are "locked" to that vehicle... you cant just use the same tuner from car to car...
I'd guess the dealer could make the adjustments for you.
