Whats the best way to go?

So I have a couple of questions to ask for those that can answer

1. If I get a Whipple Supercharger can I later down the road upgrade to a HO kit. I mean isnt the HO kit basically higher boost pullie, 39ib injectors and a new tune.

2. Because I am going to do the internals along with the supercharger should I save the money and just buy a paxton supercharger and run the higher boost or will I get more power from the whipple.

What I am trying to accomplish is the best supercharger and bottom end for my mustang and save my self money....HELL if I could I would just drop a new engine in the car and forget about the supercharger but I would have to change a lot more to do that

if you can afford to drop in a new engine, why not? you could have it installed if you can afford that too

Truthfully, with the money you are going to spend on internals AND a s/c, arent you looking at minimum 10k?
I want the forged 302 stroker kit for mine, which is 2500+ install, and the KB 2.6 8-14lb kit...
Where can I find the KB intercooled version? KB lists it as 5699 on their site, but i figure I can find it a few hundred cheaper somewhere...

This two right there installed are about 10k...yeah, you might go ahead and check out a new engine my friend...

I heard from Kenne Bell that you cant buy their kits anywhere else but through them. Unless someone bought one there are no authorized dealers

True that...you can get a KB at a discounted price...got any buddies in the military that did time in Iraq? (I'm Air Force) 10% off if they buy it for ya. Come to think of it, is anybody setting up a group buy for KB 2.6L kits? Might be worth considering...
