rear spoiler


can somebody please tell me how to remove my rear spoiler on my 07.
by the way slp long tubes should come in tomorrow so ill let you guys know how it is

remove four 10mm nuts on underside of decklid. Use fishing line or dental floss to slide under the mounting feet of spoiler to seperate the 3m double sided tape holding it in place. Then use goof off or similar to remove the left over tape and residue.

I don't think theres a kit, eather buy a different wing that fits the holes, buy a new trunk or take it to a shop so they can cover the holes, prime it, and paint it so that it looks factory... I'd keep the factory wing unless you want to fork over a few bucks and keep it wingless or get a ducktail wing that fits over the factory holes...

It sucks, though I reather like the stock wing since it keeps the headlights of the cars behind me away from reflecting on the rearview mirror.

You also can get some little plastic hole cover things at your local parts store. They may not match the color at all but you can paint those.

After removing the stock wing - I plugged the wholes with the 3D Carbon BOY RACER spoiler that fit the factory holes.

lookin good, i also noticed you had the mudflaps... one of mine fell off on the freeway for like 2 weeks i drove around with only 1 til i realized it haha
