Deep dish rims or not ?

IM running factory 17's (see my pic in garage). I'm looking to go for the 18's in deep dish(below link). The deep dish are really looking good to me. I didnt like them at first, but they are really cool now i see others with them. They talk of running 255's. Any feedback on the deep dish ?

I really like the bullits in 17 and 18, with any offset. One exception would be black. I think the top third of the wheel pattern gets lost in the shadows on the deep dish.

But not deep dish, just the regulars. I wanted a little more sidewall like the old muscle cars. I got the 17x9's with Fuzion 255/50's on the back and the stock pirelli's on the front (235/55).

I wonder how the car would look with these 10" wide deep dish bullits on the rear, and these regular 9" wide bullits on the front. Sort of like a touch of the old big & littles look.

Then you could have a 285 on the back as well.

No thanks, the 255's are noisy enough.

I like the Deep Dish Rims, color depends on the color of the car.
Has anyone seen the AFS Bullitt Wheels Black Chrome Rim? those are nice

I have the Anthrasite (Mineral Grey) color. with 275/40 ZR 18 BFG KDW's

Bullitts are played out. everybody has them. from the 94's to the '07's, everybody has bullitts. I'm kinda tired of seeing them.

Ace, if you go this route, make sure you get the +24 offset, not the ones that are specific to the 05+. Otherwise they'll recede beneath the fender lip about a centimeter.

Somebody said they are played out....And....

What else out there doesn't look like here today gone tomorrow. Bullits are a solid, discrete, upgrade to the cars looks. They look like they belong on this car.

Different strokes for different folks. For me the classic bullit look never gets old. That being said, there are a bunch of different wheels out there I like, and if I had the money I would have a rotating set of rolling stock to pick from every week. lol

I have deep dish 10.5 inch on 17 rims for the rear. 315/35 Nitto DRs cover them. They sort of balance out the nasty in-your-face front of the carl

Steve,
Do your tires ever rub on the fender lip during hard turns?
