OK I need help my fellow stang owners

Let me start off by saying, this might be a long post.
I am having a problem with my 07 stang. Here lately I am geting fault codes for misfiring. Last week it was for cyl 2 & 4, as well as a a code for a random misfire detected. ( p0302, p0304, p0300 ). And now today the MIL came on and a got another series of codes, but this time it was cyl 3 & 5 and a random misfire detected also a miss fire detected in the first 1000 rev's ( p0303, p0305, p0300, not sure of the other ). The car has in the last 2weeks has been a pain in the ass to start wether first thing in the morn or even after driving around. I have tried installing all the stock parts and re installing the factory tune with my predator and NOTHING!!!!
The mods I do have are- BBK 62mm t-body, C&L race intake, Predator/C&L race tune with modified peramiters, Pypes o/r H pipe, JBA cat back 3" ehaust.
I had the car on the dyno and the shop mod'ed a few of the peramiters with my predator, Timing- 2k-4k +3%, 4k-7k +1%, MAF curve- +1, Cooling Fan- lowered all settings 5deg. All these adjustments helped the car make 300.8 whp. But since then the problems mentioned above have started. And also as I said I have tried resetting all the values and it still acs the same. The other problem is I cant bring it back to the shop due to I have sinced moved out of state.
I NEED HELP GUYS AND GALS!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!

have you tried putting the stock TB back on?

i sware dude, it has to be the T/B, every thread ive read where people have bought aftermarket T/B have had nothing but problems, you would be the first person EVER to not have a problem with an aftermarket T/B.

who did your tune on your C&L????

Sorry but if you look at the whole post I have tried reinstalling all stock parts and it still ran like shit. A T-body is NOT gonna cause a misfire, all it might do is cause a rough idle or throttle responce issues. So again this is a misfire issue, I have spoke to Diablosport and they say the same thing.
The shop in FL that did the tune have plenty of expeirance with tuning.

I have tried that, I also installed on wed. a set of new plugs. I have noticed that if I hook up my predator and watch the "real time data" it even shows on there that the car is misfiring randomly, without the MIL coming on. Last night was the worst, the MIL came on and staid on and as I stated I have 5 codes. I dont think it is a coil problem, cause first time it happened it was cyl's 2&4 and last night its cyl's 3&5. Im at a loss.
If I knew that I wouldnt have a issue with a dealer I would bring it in, but it has been my experiance that if you put the wrong type of washer fluid in the car they wont warrenty it (being a smart ass).

from my experince with these cars and all i have read so on so forth my educated guess is your tuner ,yea yea predator wont admitt guilt ,but its there ,i went on xcaliber sct website and u wouldnt believe all the problems people are having and sct is better tune for our cars then pred. what has the tune done to get u to this ,or what has gone wrong i dont know but is either pred, or the guys that set up the tune so thats were i would be looking for answers!
