There's a brand new bright orange yellow "mustang GT Interceptor" at this dealership's showroom. Why they don't have it online is strange to me. It's got a hurst short shifter and a different treatment between the taillights. It's lower and I think it had a humpy hood with a shaker hood on it like it could barely keep the engine in the bay. It had big cardboard posters on top of the hood as though it was put out by ford. It was made by the ford racing team and needed premium fuel. But wasn't an SVT
Don't remember any more. It's at Roseville Midway Ford in Minnesota. They don't have it on their website.
Must be a dealer thang.? Are there mustang "Interceptors" the dealers can create and dealer brand through Ford racing? Ford racing was all over the data sheet.
It doesn't look as cool as moddedmustangs above pix but it's about that low and the same color. The hood is orange but the shaker hood is black.
- Contact them. It's got a numbered plaque on it for a Mustang interceptor run but it must be the dealership doing it or something.

just about all dealerships do their own things to certain cars and name them something weird.. thats all it was, just a dealer thing

you can purchase the emblem online and legally place a police interceptor emblem on any car. it doesnt mean you are a cop and just means the car was modified.
