My GT vs. Daytona Charger

Ok so i have MagnaPack w/ a canned tune from diablo sports...

vs..

Daytona 500 Charger w/ mufflers

He said he plans to get it tunned and then wants to run me... i know stock on stock i can gooble him and his yellow tank up but how do they respond to tunning? as much as us, better or worse? thanks !

from what my friend with a charger r/t is tellin me that they r no tuners that r 100% good in works...

I test drove a charger SRT8 account I have kids and the idea of a fast sedan was appealing. They look great and are a smooth ride, but are far too big and heavy to beat you even bone stock.

I had a spirited drive with a srt8 and was not impressed. We didn't go from a stop but he didn't get close. My GT is stock. I've had much closer from bmws and older camaros.

Today was my first day out with the Mustang since October of last year and what happens? A guy in a Hemi Charger challenges me on the thruway on my way into work. I'm stock except for an cat-back and Pro 5.0 shifter. Now, it's 6:00 AM with very little traffic and we both exit and get onto a 3 lane highway with nobody around.
From a standing start I pulled away all the way up to 100 MPH. All he saw were my tailights. Must have had him by at least 15 car lengths when it was over. He drove away quietly down a side street..........

2 different animals - Daytona R/T is 350 Hp and runs 13.8 1/4 mile 5.3 sec 0-60.
SRT8 is 425 Hp and runs 13.5 1/4 mile and 5.0 sec 0-60. Stock Stang can run even with a stock Daytona R/T. However an SRT8 would be more of a match with a modded Mustang GT (like the HERTZ GTH Mustang ).

I was talking to some guy who was talking shit about his r/t chager, he was saying that his car would ass rape an 05 stang, I was just like fuck you pal aint gonna happen, My dad has an 05gt i so wanted to race him. But there is no way in hell he would let me race his stang let alone drive it.
