Diablo Sport Tuner

I was reading a previous post about the Diablo Sport and I noticed something that i am worried about? I have an 06 gt with an automatic and i have the Diablo Sport tuner alredu on my car. I have it set for the 89 octane performance level. I have a CAI and exhaust. Do i need to do anything specific to the tuner to let it know that i have other upgrades?

i don't mean as in uploading tunes.

i mean as in setting parameters.

You can't call yourself a tuner, here is a copy of a dyno sheet you posted on Mod Fords
