SCT isnt the best out there, the best opinion you'd get from an actual tuner. I sell both the sct, and predator and I would go with a Predator any-day.. not to mention i i got under 20$ retail!!!!

For those saying the SCT is the best... have you tried the predator? What makes the SCT better? what makes the Predator better for those who argue that? Pro-con list would be awesome!

they are the same, they both do the same job. SCT is more reliable and most performance shops run SCT now.

the many flaws of predator is you can loose the tunes very easily on the predator. there have been instances where people have lost the custom tunes on the predator AND their stock tune while trying to upload either tune. the predators requires a CONSTANT software update from diablosport and that too has had issues as well when updating the software, SCT doesnt need any software updates.

I can't even begin to tell you the nightmare i had with my friends 05 mustang gt with a C&L intake and predator tune, one night we spent 3 hours trying to figure out what the hell was wrong with his tuner with NO HELP whatsoever from diablosport, their customer service is horrible! anytime we uploaded a tune, a tune got deleted or something went wrong with the car, and no it was not the tunes fault, all the tunes were from a reliable tuner. the tuner company replaced his diablo brand new, and uploaded the same tunes into that tuner, same problems again. and we lost his stock tune twice! (ford wasn't happy about that, but good thing he knew someone there!) he switch to SCT and threw away the diablo, hasn't had a problem with the car ever since then.

Predator currently comes pre-loaded with quite a few OEM select brands.. meaning it already has a tune for a JLT intake, Steeda Pulleys, etc etc. So you save money, by being able to buy parts without the tuner, and or finding a tune... lets see SCT beat that alone.

If you buy from bamachips doug will send you a set of tunes for free each time you get a new mod! Cant beat that!

I was just throwing ideas out there, it has onboard tunes for specific brands/mods..
