First experience with a programmer!?!?!

My DiabloSport programmer arrives today. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to go about tuning my car? Are the instructions straight forward? I'll be grateful for any additional info yall give me. So far the car has a K&N CAI, BBK T/B, and my flowmaster axle backs will be arriving today also. The main reason I went with the diablo was the local dyno guy runs the software so I wanted to give myself the ability to get custom tune from him down the road. One more thing, with what little performance wise I've done to the car would it be prudent of me to just go ahead and spend the money on dyno time and a custom tune, or should I wait till I get my longtubes and CMCV's that will require one? Thanx for your help

My first tip is www.diablosport.com, create an account and use the Forums. Lots of information there. There are many different parameters that can be changed and making a mistake can be costly but others experiences can be helpful when modifying.

I know for me it was best to work with Doug @ Bamachips for the tunes as he has tons of experience with the right setups for bolt-on. Best money spent and he is good to work with.
