Claybar question?
I work for a trucking company that just decided to start painting there trucks. they are painting them outside and some of the overspray is making its way over to the parking lot where I park my car. So now my torch red gt looks like its has little white spots all over it. Will a claybar take these spots out? I'm so mad about this, If the claybar wont help what are the chances of a lawsuit going favorable for me and new paintjob?

Seems to me like your first, best vector would be to talk to the people who oversprayed and screwed up your car. Chances are, they wil be reasonable. If it works out you not only help yourself but anyone else who might park there down the road.
If they are uncooperative, then I would pursue legal action against them in small claims court. But be careful about your emotions. If you handle this right, you can get your car fixed and come out of it for the better overall for handling a crappy situation with maturity. After all, if you simply explain what happened, who in their right mind would not nod knowingly and agree you have a good point. If you handle it poorly and freak out and crap, people will just look at it like you got what you deserved and you will probbaly end up jobless with a speckled car. Best of luck man and I am really sorry to hear that happened! John |
