TRYING TO GET TO GET IN BETWEEN 375-400 RWHP.
HELLO, I AM A 24 YEAR NAVY SAILOR WHO JUST BOUGHT A VISTA BLUE 07 MUSTANG GT. I AM TRYING TO GET TO 375-400 RWHP WITH OUT A TURBOCHARGER OR SUPERCHARGER. SO FAR I HAVENT DONE MUCH PERFORMANCE WISE. I HAVE BEEN HAVING FUN THOUGH, I PUT IN A CENTER FOG LIGHT GRILLE, QUARTER WINDOW LOUVERS, TINTED WINDOWS AND SOME EMBLEMS. I PUT ON A AXLE BACK FLOWMASTER SYSTEM. I WOULD LIKE TO GET A BBK CAI, HEADERS AND PULLIES BUT THAT DOESNT PUT ME AT MY GOAL. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Depends on what you are wiling to spend. New cams are about $750, which beg for new valve train which prices vary greatly definately a grand or more. You could do CNC ported heads for about $1650. Blow by racing does all three and will put it all together for you for a straight up swap for your core heads. Throw in a retune, a CAI, and some headers and you have just added damn near a 100RWHP easy. With the new valve train you could eliminate or up your rev limiter to benefit even more from the higher RPM range.
