I was just wondering, im a 16 yr old male, and was wondering how much insurance would be for a 2006 Mustang GT in the state of California?

Probably around the same as mine if you get LoJack. I pay around 300 a month and the LoJack will save you 10%. What part of Cali makes a big difference too....if your in LA or somewhere around there its going to be kinda steep.

If money is a factor, the V6 is going to save you a bunch of money on insurance... definitally put it on your moms policy and in her name if you want lower rates... However, as just about everyone here will tell ya, there is a HUGE difference between driving a V6 and a V8 stang...

yes deffinatly put it in your moms name...you gotta haha.
Ya I drove a v6 and i just couldnt let myself do it I had to go with a GT. I got my 05 GT from carmax. It was the guys weekend car and it only had 7000 miles on it and this was in 2007...3 years later. Idk its all up to you but the throtle happy v8 is the way to go man. as for your mom....ya buy her flowers....about the price of a new mustang in flowers haha . then maybe buy her a dress a couple sizes to big and be like...ohh man you must have lost weight.that or get a job and a loan :/ haha =] good luck man |

Depends on your mom...My wife wasn't too sure about spending the money for a mustang, and especially the V8 what with gas being so high and all.
It wasn't too hard to convince her though...she just took one for a test drive. So, if mom is a hip chick, put her behind the wheel and you're golden. (The flowers and dress thing couldn't hurt though) :wink
