cmg.....

yes you are correct about that. for me even with the tvs i want to be able to get the most i possibly can. i was planning on a big kenne bell, but sometimes you just can't say no to a free e-force (okay all the time you can't say no). my intensions have always been to get the absolute most i can out of a PD sc'er. figure i'll max out this tvs and probably be around 700rwhp. i'll also be changing cams when i do a short block

I could say no to an E-force all day long. I dont like the look. Ill take a TVS or even an M90 over it. (I know, the M90 wouldnt make as much power)

you do realize the eforce is a tvs sc'er. also i would really like to see anyone say no to about $8k in the sc'er and all the extra parts i got. i did say free if you missed that one

But it doesnt look the same as a regular style TVS.

I would definitely take it for free. Then I would sell it and get a whipple or roush TVS. (actually, me personally I would get an M90 because my power goals are a lot lower)

I know its a great SC. I just dont like the look. Its too hidden for me. I like the look of the blower up front and in your face.

have no idea what you mean by hidden. there is no way to hide a blower

also what's a "regular" style tvs supposed to look like. the sc'er casing itself has nothing to do with it being a tvs.

as for selling it i just couldn't do that when a friend from my club gave it to me. just seems kinda rude

Its still mounted with the manifold runners going up over it. Its essentially mounted upside down. It doesnt have the same look. I dont get how you arent understanding what I mean, where you can barely tell there is a blower, or the blower sitting on top of the motor out in the open. Im not saying you have to agree on which looks better, Im just saying they look different, and I personally dont like the look of the eforce. You cant deny they dont look the same.

Looks completely different than

And I dont like it as much.

see what you mean. you want the sc'er snout showing is glory for all to see. i didn't get why you thought it doesn't look like a tvs because the tvs is simply the rotor type and has nothing to do with how it looks. i personally don't prefer the look of the eforce either, but i'm not willing to sell it just to spend another 3 grand to get the same sc'er only in a different casing.

maybe i should smooth out the "eforce" so people that don't know better will think it's just an aftermarket intake from edelbrock

Trust me if I buy new it will be the TVS...I'm hoping for a good deal on a used M90 so the extra money can be put towards other things...if not it will be the TVS...do you guys think with the basic Roush TVS kit with 475 hp and some DR blower cams would get me to my hp goal?...all I have 3:90 gears I know r a little steep for the PD blower thinking of changing to 3:55 do u guys think 3:73 would be better?

when you say "track" do you mean drag strip or autocross? I wouldn't want 3.73's for autocross but they were fine at the strip... if you have the setup to hook at the strip and can hit some 1.50ish 60' times you will be well into fourth at about 135 at the end of the 1/4... looking at 10.5 to 10.8 sec car... but of course you will need another 2000 for the safety equpiment and the roll cage takes some getting used to... if you meant autocross... I know nothink

Or you could get a taller tire to compensate for the gears...

I'd love to have an E-Force... Or another TVS. But, I actually like the fact that E-Force kinda looks stock.

I totally feel like a tool even saying it, but I don't really like the look of the eforce either
