100 shot with cams?

Sup guys, my car is currently full bolt on, exhaust, intake, cams, geared. Want to add 100 shot, should I build up my fuel system or will I be okay? Problem??

Depends on nitrous kit i think, I have a Nitrous Express kit with a 100 shot full bolt on. My fuel pump is at 90% duty cycle. So to be safe I would say at least get a BAP. I am getting ready to sell my NX kit so i can go FI if you are interested.

Something about buying a used kit doesn't feel right, it's like using someone else's condom. No offense bro

I used to feel the same way, but you can save a shit load of money for more mods buying used.

Hypothetically speaking how much would you sell the kit for?

I would let it all go for $550 shipped. Nitrous Express Kit. That includes 10lb bottle, bottle brackets, all A/N lines for install, fuel and nitrous selinoids, purge kit, bottle heater, NOS wot / window switch (its one part that does both. works great), plates for both 1999-2004 mustang and 2005-2010 mustang. Its a complete kit to safely run nitrous on your car. I am getting a turbo kit in april so nitrous kit has to go.

Yes you will need a tune for a 100 shot and one heat range colder spark plugs.

Even if tuning it was optional I would of still tuned it. But we've gone a stray from my question. Would it be safe to run a 100 shot with cams? Or am I rolling the dice on the stock fuel system? CandyredGT that actually seems like a legit price, I would probably buy new solenoids to be on the safe side. When is the kit going up for sale?

If you running like 150 more horsepower than stock, which is 40-50% more, than you might need a booster pump or a dedicated. you may want to retard timing, im sure you can get a tune and you shouldve installed some no heat no platinum spark plugs while you were doing the cam swap

Do not run a BAP, stay away from platinum plugs with nitrous, and in no way should you ever spray a 100 shot without a tune. If your at the point of needing more fuel then get a gt500 pump. Im on a 125 shot now for 3yrs with no issues but traction. And if you want the best system on the market I would jump all over the kit that Candy is running. Its the same one I have, $550 is a great price for it. Just keep in mind that its the tourqe numbers you must watch out for, not the hp numbers.

Why not just use a walbro unit? Cheaper than a bap or gt500 setup and it's what's used in the 302R's so you know it'll last
