07 GT - bought longtube headers and cat-back - need help

Hey guys,

I just got the following long tube headers from Stage 3 motorsports:

http://www.stage3motorsports.com/product/PSCK1

My friend is installing them and he says he sees a spot to put 2 of the O2 sensors, however the mustangs have 4 O2 sensors. Do you guys know what you are supposed to do with the other 2 O2 sensors? Also, if it matters, I also purchased a cat-back magnaflow exhaust.

He doesn't really want to just eliminate 2 O2 sensors and have it throw a code, unless that's the only way you can install a system like this.

you bought an off road x pipe.

it doesn't have a spot for rear 02 sensors.

either buy mil eliminators or buy a pipe that has cats.

HMUSN is right. Steeda sells what you need for around 65 bucks. The rear sensors check whether your cats are burning off pollutants efficiently so if you gfot rid of em then your new set up will only need the two primary 02 sensors.

you could get the MIL eliminators or if you have a tuner you can just turn the rear O2 sensors off. even if you have an exhaust shop weld in bungs for thee O2 sensors it will still throw a code.

didn't think about it but the rear need to see post cat numbers and if they aren't there then a code will be thrown

these should work http://www.steeda.com/products/steed...liminators.php
