I thought I would repost a post that Doug made on another forum as informational for his cusomters. I know a lot of you ask about responses from him via Bamachips. Maybe this will help and also inform you of his new schedule.


BamaChips Wednesday-Friday Emails only

Hello guys,

Due to my EXTREMELY high volume of phone calls I have not been able to respond to my emails as much as I can. I answer calls from 10am-5pm and then emails from 8am-most nights around 4am. This is truly have a negative affect on both me and my business.

So, starting today Wednesday until Friday I will NOT be answering phones nor messages. I will be answering emails. If I am able to clean out my inbox before Friday then I will post it here and I will change the message on my recording.

I'm truly sorry for the inconvience to my customers as my email business has been what had gotten me where I'm at. I'm having a 3rd line installed as well.

Also, if anyone in my area or knows anyone in my area looking for a job then please send them my way. The basics are answering a phone and strapping cars to the dyno on the weekends. I had help but they didn't work out, not that I got rid of them but I couldn't depend on the person to show up each week.

I never got a tracking # from him, & everything arrived just fine, took about 2 weeks though.

I have never really had any problems with my orders.

I know one time I orderd, he did not actually have the part so I got a confirmation on the order but when he finally did get the part and ship it, he sent the tracking number. After talking with him on the phone, it was due to a screw up on his site showing "in stock" but was on order. No other problems to speak of...

I know his business is expanding at an alarming rate and he states he knows it is affecting his business, thus the scheduling change. Sounds like he needs extra hands in the office to help his expanding business.
