Chin Spoiler Question!
O.K. I got this aggressive chin spoiler and I love it but, I was wondering if anybody has ever made a billet grille work in the gap thats there. If so how was it attached? I wouldn't mind it if I had a big intercooler sitting in there but I don't right now.

I know most billet grills claim that they attach to OE spots. I would imagine this would be the 8 plastic tabs for the lower "grill" plastic inserts. If you look through from the underside you can visualize the tabs. Heads of though they're a bitch to pop out.

Is this what you are talking about??? If it is... your gonna need to give Regency in Texas a call abut how to get one and you are going to have to get the Fog lights to fill up the little holes in the grill. They are made by PIAA

Thanks Guys I think what Redfire found is exactly what I'm looking for. Let me know Redfire if he responds to you about the grille. I bet its the standard billet grille but with an aggressive chin spoiler you have to cut out all the center part in the bumper cover which is what the billet grille usually attaches to. With the classic spoiler you don't have to cut anything.

hey jay, you got lucky. he did respond and he said its the one from blow-by racing, but you were right, he said it had to be cut to fit.

Thanks man! I have to order one now. I don't mind having to cut one to make it fit . I just didn't want to order one and it not be big enough. I bet he had to make some brackets for it , but O well sounds like a good weekend project.

O.K. I'll post pics of the progress. Hey Luis don't crap in you pants when you see how much of your front end you have to cut out to install the chin spoiler. I about did , I almost sent mine back and got the classic . I 'm glad I kept it now.

Its not that bad after you get started. I was going to send mine back and get the classic but after I found out it was going to cost me $ 50.00 to ship it back I decided what the heck. All the cuts you make are covered up so if you get a little off your mark its still covered up.

Here's anothe ? How low does the spoiler hight sit compared to the stock bumper. I have some horrible Speed bumps here. |

It is only about two inches lower at the most. It actually angles out so it appears lower but I measured mine in the garage and its 6.5 inches to the bottom of the spoiler from the ground.
