Mid-Pipe and Headers

As far as midpipe and headers, what would you guys suggest?

Stock car, beisdes the American Thunders

I'm looking for a good sound but nice performace also...
What works best with the Flowmasters?

I'm running ARH (american racing headers) longtube headers (1 5/8) with their off road x-pipe. I also have the American thunder axle backs. Heres a link to a video with sound. It doesnt really do it justice, and I may be partial but I think it sounds amazing. And there was a significant increase in performance, BUT you will need a custom tune.
